Disclosure: NOXI publishes this page and is one of the eleven tools scored. That's why the rules, the weights and the source of every cell are printed, along with the rules where other tools finish ahead of NOXI.
Best AI business plan generator, scored on seven printed rules on 5 November 2026: Upmetrics leads with 78 of 100, then Canva 77, Bizplanr 76 and LivePlan 71. ChatGPT, Gemini and NOXI are level on 70, with NOXI listed seventh. No tool of eleven documents the three projected statements and a free complete download together.
"AI business plan generator" covers two jobs: a paid planning tool that builds what a lender reads, a projected profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, or a free tool that writes the words and charts the figures you bring. The seven rules below score both on one scale. On today's first results page for this search, most results are single vendors' own pages, and the one list among them prints no scoring rules.
Where NOXI lands, plainly. NOXI is seventh of eleven: level on 70 with ChatGPT and Gemini, listed seventh alphabetically, because the three score the same on every rule. Upmetrics is first on 78. NOXI takes full marks on four of the seven rules: a PDF and a Word file (L3), a free plan that downloads with no watermark and no card (L4), your own notes and files as input (L6), and Arabic with right-to-left pages (L7). The other three cells are facts. L1 is 12 because NOXI draws charts from a table of numbers you give it, so the projections come from your own spreadsheet. L2 is 8 because NOXI makes a whole report from one request, with no business-plan format named. L5 is 0 because no lender format is documented. And without the right-to-left rule NOXI would be tenth, so its seventh place rests on Arabic.
Best AI business plan generator: the eleven at a glance
On seven documented rules checked on 5 November 2026, Upmetrics scores 78 of 100 and Canva 77, and eight points separate first from seventh.

| 9 | Venturekit | 63 | The three statements, lender-ready plans; PDF only, no export on Free | venturekit.ai, 15:37; /pricing in a browser, 15:49 |
| 10 | Claude | 63 | Excel models, Word and PDF on every plan; interface without Arabic | support.claude.com and claude.com/pricing, 15:39 to 15:40 |
| 11 | 15minuteplan.ai | 52 | A plan from simple forms, Arabic listed; formats and prices unpublished | 15minuteplan.ai and its refund policy, 15:37 and 15:58 |
Two ties, settled by the printed chain. ChatGPT, Gemini and NOXI are identical on all seven rules, so the name decides. PrometAI and Venturekit sit above Claude on L1, 25 against 12, and are identical to each other, so the name puts PrometAI eighth.

Who should pick what
Six needs point to six choices, and five of them are other tools.
- If the bank wants the three projected statements in a Word file then LivePlan or Upmetrics: both document the statements, and both export Word and PDF [2] [5].
- If you want to start free and accept a draft then Bizplanr, Upmetrics Inc.'s free product: its free plan downloads a PDF at once, which its own page calls "the starting point" [4].
- If you want a designed plan, free, with Arabic then Canva: its generator is free "up to 50 times", downloads PDF or DOCX and writes in up to 20 languages, Arabic among them [3].
- If you want a first draft in a chat you already use then Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude: all three document Word and PDF files from a request on their free plans [6] [7] [10].
- If you only need the executive summary then Grammarly's generator, which helps you "craft an effective executive summary in four simple steps"; it writes that one section, not the whole plan [12].
- If you want a written plan in Arabic and English from your own notes and figures, exported to Word with charts you can still edit then NOXI: its Report format builds from attached notes and a pasted table [1].
In short
- The leaderUpmetrics, 78 of 100: the three statements, a complete plan and lender-ready reports, with no free plan.
- Where NOXI sitsSeventh of eleven on 70, level with ChatGPT and Gemini; full marks on four rules.
- The gap nobody fillsNo tool of eleven documents both the three projected statements and a free download of a complete plan.

Key numbers
Two jobs called "business plan generator"
Five of the eleven build the three projected statements and charge for them, five download a complete plan free and chart the figures you supply, and one does neither in full.
Builds the statements (L1 = 25): Upmetrics, Bizplanr's paid tier, LivePlan, PrometAI and Venturekit, all paid for that part. Downloads a complete plan free (L4 = 15): Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and NOXI, each taking 12 on L1, the level for tables or charts from numbers you enter. Neither in full: 15minuteplan.ai, on 52.

How we scored: seven rules, 100 points, printed in full
Seven rules worth 100 points, one printed level for every possible cell, and the same reading for all eleven rows, NOXI included.
| Code | Rule (points) | What each level needs, identical for every tool |
|---|---|---|
| L1 | Financial statements built (25) | 25 = projected profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet documented · 12 = tables or charts from numbers you enter, no projections · 0 = none |
| L2 | A full plan from your answers (15) | 15 = a complete business plan (standard sections) from a questionnaire or one request, documented for business plans · 8 = a whole document from one request with no business-plan structure documented, or section-by-section drafting · 0 = templates only |
| L3 | Word and PDF export (10) | 10 = both · 5 = one · 0 = neither |
| L4 | Free to finish and download (15) | 15 = a free plan downloads a complete plan with no watermark · 8 = free with a watermark or a partial download · 0 = paid only or a paid trial |
| L5 | Lender and investor outputs (10) | 10 = SBA or bank-ready format, investor summary, or a pitch deck built from the plan, documented as a business-plan feature (a general deck-from-a-file feature does not count) · 0 = not documented |
| L6 | Starts from your own material (10) | 10 = import of your files or accounting data documented · 0 = not documented |
| L7 | Right to left (15) | 15 = Arabic or Hebrew documented as a supported language · 8 = several languages, none right to left · 0 = not documented |
The half-mark rule and two readings settled before scoring
The half-mark rule: the middle levels are 12 of 25 (half rounded down), 8 of 15 (half rounded up) and 5 of 10, as printed. A cell takes a middle level only when the vendor's page shows what that level describes; a page that says less takes the lower level.
- L5 counts lender and investor outputs only where they are documented for business plans. A feature that turns any file into a deck does not count, the same strictness L2 applies. The broad reading is printed below, and it moves the leader.
- L4 reads watermarks alike for everyone. No vendor page we read states a watermark on these downloads, so "no watermark" means none stated, and for NOXI it is documented on the free plan too.
The tie-break chain, printed: the higher L1 first, then L4, then L2, then the name.
Best AI business plan generator compared: every cell and its arithmetic
Upmetrics' 78 is 25 plus 15 plus 10 plus 0 plus 10 plus 10 plus 8, and every row is added the same way. A cell that is neither full nor zero says why.
| # | Tool | L1 Statements (25) | L2 Full plan (15) | L3 Word, PDF (10) | L4 Free (15) | L5 Lender (10) | L6 Your files (10) | L7 RTL (15) | Total |

| 11 | 15minuteplan.ai | 12, tables and projections, statements not named | 15 | 0 | 0 | 10 | 0 | 15 | 52 |
Named lines, not ranked: ProjectionHub scores 25, 0, 0, 8, 10, 0 and 0, which is 43: "5 year Income statement, cash flow, and balance sheet pro formas" and an "SBA-Ready Business Plan", in templates "designed in and for Excel", with no AI product documented. Grammarly's business plan generator scores 0, 8, 0, 0, 0, 0 and 0, which is 8: it writes an executive summary from text you paste.
The gaps between the rows you will actually compare
- Upmetrics 78 minus NOXI 70 = 8: L1 plus 13, L2 plus 7 and L5 plus 10, against L4 minus 15 and L7 minus 7.
- Canva 77 minus NOXI 70 = 7: one rule, L2. Canva's page documents a business plan generator by name.
- NOXI 70 minus Claude 63 = 7: one rule, L7, Arabic and right to left against an interface without Arabic.
Sensitivity readings, including the ones that move NOXI
Upmetrics stays first under most readings; four put Canva or Bizplanr first, and NOXI moves between third and tenth.
Reading 1, without the right-to-left rule (L7), rescaled to 100. Upmetrics 82, Bizplanr 80, LivePlan 74, Canva 73, then six rows on 65: PrometAI and Venturekit first on L1, then ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and NOXI on the name; 15minuteplan.ai 44. NOXI falls to tenth of eleven. Its seventh place rests on Arabic and right to left.
Reading 2, a broad L2 (any complete document from one request counts). Upmetrics 78, then Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini and NOXI on 77 in name order, Bizplanr 76, LivePlan 71, Claude 70. NOXI is fifth.
Reading 3, a broad L5 (a general deck-from-a-file feature counts, credited only where a page read today documents it: Canva's help on attaching a PDF or Word file to a Canva AI presentation, Gemini's slide decks from uploaded notes, Claude's "Convert this Word document to a presentation.", NOXI's formats and attachments). Canva 87 is first, Gemini and NOXI 80 in name order, Upmetrics 78, Bizplanr 76, Claude 73, LivePlan 71, ChatGPT 70. NOXI is third. ChatGPT gets no credit because no page we read documents a deck from a file.
Reading 4, equal weights. Upmetrics 0.79, Canva 0.78, then Bizplanr, LivePlan, ChatGPT, Gemini and NOXI on 0.72, Claude 0.65, PrometAI and Venturekit 0.58, 15minuteplan.ai 0.50.
Single cells that would change the order: Upmetrics' L5 at 0 puts Canva first on 77 and NOXI sixth. Bizplanr's L4 at 15, if its free PDF counted as complete, makes Bizplanr 83 and first. ChatGPT's L7 at 8, if its language list were not counted, puts NOXI sixth. Claude's L7 at 15 puts four rows on 70 and NOXI eighth. PrometAI's L6 at 10, counting its enterprise ERP integration, makes it 73 and fourth, NOXI eighth. Venturekit's L4 at 8, reading its Free card as a partial download, makes it 71 and fourth over LivePlan on L4, NOXI eighth. Canva's L1 at 25 makes Canva 90 and first.

Which AI builds financial projections? Rule L1, the three statements
Five of eleven document a projected profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet: Upmetrics, Bizplanr, LivePlan, PrometAI and Venturekit. The other six chart or model figures you supply, and take 12 of 25.
In the vendors' words: Upmetrics' reports "include key financial statements like profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet", and its $14 Premium plan carries "Up to 7-Year Financial Forecast" (the 10-year forecast is the $37 Professional plan's). LivePlan lets you "Easily create projected profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts". Bizplanr "generates income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets", but its page adds "Go Pro to rewrite sections, add financials". PrometAI lists "Profit and Loss Statements" and "BS and CF statements". Venturekit will "generate a complete financial forecast" with "Profit & Loss", "Cash Flow" and "Balance Sheet".
The six on 12 do something narrower. Canva's generator adds "tables, diagrams, graphs, or charts". ChatGPT's plan page lists "Data analysis" and "Interactive tables and charts". Gemini can "Export your budget proposal to a Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) file". Claude can "create financial models in Excel with working formulas", the closest of the six, without naming the three statements. 15minuteplan.ai turns "a little financial data" into "financial tables and projections". NOXI builds charts from a table of numbers: columns, bars, stacked columns, lines, areas, donuts and pies, and the chart redraws when you edit the data.
Lender and investor outputs (L5): what "bank-ready" means on each page
Six rows document an output for lenders or investors as a business-plan feature: Upmetrics' "Lender-Ready Reports", LivePlan's "Lender-ready statements" and a plan it "turns into an investor-ready pitch deck" (help page, 23 September 2026), PrometAI's "SBA Loan Business Plan: Lender-Ready for 7(a) and Microloans", Venturekit's "lender ready business plans", Bizplanr's plan "tailored for banks, investors, or grants", and 15minuteplan.ai's claim that it "follows most banks' business plan templates".
Upmetrics' help (30 July 2026) says it is "not possible to directly convert or upload your business plan to generate a pitch deck", so its 10 on L5 rests on the lender reports. Two vendors call their format "SBA-approved"; that is their claim, about a United States loan programme. For the deck you take into the bank, see our business plan presentation guide and our ranking of AI for financial presentations.
Best business plan software with AI: the dedicated tools
Six of the eleven are built only for business plans: Upmetrics 78, Bizplanr 76 and LivePlan 71 in first, third and fourth, then PrometAI and Venturekit on 63 and 15minuteplan.ai on 52.
Upmetrics and Bizplanr: one company, two products
Bizplanr is Upmetrics Inc.'s free product: every Bizplanr page we opened carries "© Copyright 2026 Upmetrics Inc.", and its paid tier is sold as "Upmetrics AI" at "$14/mo". We score two rows because they behave differently. Upmetrics will "Generate a complete business plan using the information stored in your Business Profile", which an uploaded document can fill, and its pricing page lists QuickBooks Online and Xero. It exports "PDF/DOC" and has no free plan, no trial and a "15-Day Money Back Guarantee". Bizplanr asks you to "Answer a few questions" for "a complete, structured business plan, instantly", and its free plan downloads a PDF at once. Its home page says "Generate a full business plan for free", then sets the limit: "Your free draft is the starting point." Its plans page calls the free tier "a simple business plan draft". Those two draft lines hold Bizplanr's L4 at 8.
LivePlan: the statements, the deck and a 35-day guarantee
LivePlan documents all three statements, "Export your plan to Word or PDF format", a deck from the plan, and imports: "Import anything you have into LivePlan and it will organize it", plus QuickBooks Online and Xero. Its AI works section by section ("Automatically generate written ideas for each section of your business plan"), the 8 level of L2. Standard is "$20", or "$15/mo" paid annually; Premium "$40", or "$30/mo"; "All subscriptions come with a 35-day money-back guarantee."
PrometAI and Venturekit: statements and lender formats, PDF files
Both document the three statements, a complete plan and a lender format, and both stop at the file. PrometAI's FAQ says "PDF/PowerPoint export is a paid feature", with PDF on Application-Ready ("$55 / month billed every month") and PowerPoint added on Investor-Grade ("$145 / month billed every month"); its only import is ERP integration sold to enterprises. Venturekit exports PDF, and its pricing page disagrees with itself: the Free card lists full plans each month, while the Compare Features table marks "Export to PDF" and full plans as not included on Free. We read the table, so L4 is 0. Pro shows "$8/mo" billed annually.
15minuteplan.ai: Arabic listed, formats unpublished
15minuteplan.ai asks you to "Fill out simple forms, select a language, and get a business plan", and its language list names Arabic and Hebrew. It describes "a document you can edit and export" without naming a format, and publishes no price outside its order form.
Several vendor pages in this market call their own product the best or the most reliable. A page that ranks itself is evidence of nothing, so none of those lines is a source here.
Can ChatGPT write a business plan? What it does and does not build
Yes: ChatGPT writes the words, builds tables and charts from your data and downloads reports as Word or PDF, which puts it fifth of eleven on 70. OpenAI's pages document no projected statements and no business-plan format.
Deep research returns "a structured report with citations or source links", downloadable "in multiple formats, including Markdown, Word, and PDF". The plan page lists "Data analysis" and "Interactive tables and charts", the 12 level of L1. The Free card shows "Limited deep research" and "Limited messages with uploads", full marks on L4 and L6. OpenAI's language article says "ChatGPT currently supports the following languages:" and names Arabic, which gives ChatGPT full marks on L7 and puts it level with Gemini and NOXI.
So ChatGPT drafts well from your own numbers and a section list, and the lender statements are yours to build. Its prices reached us in UAE dirhams only (table below). If your market section needs current figures with sources, our sister ranking of AI that cites its sources scores the assistants on that job.
Best AI for business plan writing when the numbers come from you
Five tools download a complete plan free and chart your figures: Canva on 77, ChatGPT, Gemini and NOXI on 70, Claude on 63. Canva leads by seven points on L2, because its page documents a business plan generator by name.
Canva. You can "instantly get a high-quality draft of your business plan with AI", "download it as a PDF or DOCX file" and "Use the AI business plan generator up to 50 times for free", in "up to 20 languages" with Arabic among them. Canva's help says "Add files to give Canva AI more context". No lender format is documented, and no Canva Pro price was read today.
Gemini. Google's post of 29 April 2026 says "With just a prompt, Gemini can now create PDFs, Microsoft Word and Excel" files for all users, and on 29 October 2026 it added editing in the chat, with a study guide made "from your uploaded handwritten lecture notes". Gemini lists Arabic and Hebrew; prices are in the free-download table below.
Claude. Anthropic's file page, modified 30 October 2026, says Claude can generate "Word documents" and "PDF files" for "all Claude users", from uploads such as CSV files. Its language article lists eleven interface languages without Arabic, adding "you can still chat with Claude in any language": the 8 level of L7, and the only cell between Claude and the rows on 70.
NOXI. NOXI 2.0 makes 14 formats from one request: presentation, document, brochure, social post, poster, one-pager, report, proposal, résumé, infographic, letter, invitation, certificate and menu, or Auto to let NOXI choose. For a plan, the Report format fits: summary first, then sections, charts and sources. Attach your notes, paste a table of your projected figures, and the charts are built from that table. When the plan states current market facts, NOXI searches the live web first and every fact keeps its source on the page; when a fact cannot be confirmed, it leaves a clear field for you to fill. Exports are PDF, PowerPoint and Word, and the Word file carries charts you can still edit. The NOXI 2.0 launch article explains the engine. If you need an offer for one client rather than a plan for a lender, our ranking of AI proposal generators scores that job.
AI business plan generator, free: who lets you download the whole plan
Five of the eleven download a complete plan on a free plan: Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and NOXI. Bizplanr's free PDF is a draft without financials. Prices below are exactly as each page served them in the UAE on 5 November 2026, dirhams for ChatGPT and dollars for the rest (Gemini's from its US page); we convert nothing.
| Tool | Free to start, as printed | Paid entry, as printed | Read on 5 November 2026 (UTC) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Canva | Generator free "up to 50 times"; PDF or DOCX download | No Canva Pro price read today | canva.com generator page in a browser, 15:48 |
| ChatGPT | Free "AED 0 / month": "Limited deep research", "Limited messages with uploads" | Go AED 30, Plus AED 80, Pro AED 385 a month | chatgpt.com/pricing in a browser, 15:48 |
| Gemini | Free "$0/ month"; files for all Gemini app users | Google AI Plus "$4.99/ month", Google AI Pro "$19.99/ month" | gemini.google/us/subscriptions in a browser, 15:45 |
| Claude | Free "$0"; file creation on every plan | Pro "$17" billed annually, "$20 if billed monthly" | claude.com/pricing and support.claude.com, 15:39 |
| NOXI | Free to start: the free plan covers five documents a month, and every change after that is free; no watermark, no credit card | New accounts also get a welcome gift for their first 14 days | NOXI 2.0 product record, rows N, Q and R |
| Bizplanr (Upmetrics Inc.) | Basic "FREE": "Download as PDF immediately"; a draft | "Upmetrics AI" "$14/mo" | bizplanr.ai/pricing-plans, 15:37 |
| Venturekit | Free "$0"; the compare table shows no PDF export on Free | Pro "$8/mo" billed annually; Agency Plan "$38 /mo" | venturekit.ai/pricing in a browser, 15:49 |
| PrometAI | Explore "$0 / month"; export is paid | Application-Ready "$55 / month billed every month" | prometai.app/pricing, 15:38 |
| Upmetrics | No free plan, no trial; 15-day money back | Premium "$14" billed annually, up to 7-year forecast; Professional "$37" billed annually | upmetrics.co/pricing in a browser, 15:49 |
| LivePlan | No free plan; 35-day money back | Standard "$20", or "$15/mo" paid annually | liveplan.com/pricing, 15:37 |
| 15minuteplan.ai | No free plan | No price published outside its order form | 15minuteplan.ai, 15:37 and 15:58 |
None of the five that download free documents the three statements. On NOXI, a document is anything NOXI makes, so an English plan and an Arabic plan are two of the five a month, and every change to either is free. Creating needs a free account.
Business plans in Arabic: five tools document it, and none of them documents the three statements
Five of eleven document Arabic or another right-to-left language: Canva, ChatGPT, Gemini, NOXI and 15minuteplan.ai. The five that build the three projected statements name several languages and no right-to-left one.
Canva lists Arabic among 20 languages, OpenAI and Google list it for ChatGPT and Gemini, and 15minuteplan.ai names Arabic and Hebrew. NOXI has a full Arabic interface, right-to-left pages with mirrored layouts, Arabic typefaces such as IBM Plex Sans Arabic, and Arabic and English mixed correctly in one sentence. On the other side, Upmetrics names "95+ languages" without a right-to-left one, LivePlan five, Venturekit six, PrometAI counts translations, and Bizplanr says "multiple languages". If you write the whole plan in Arabic, a separate ranking written in Arabic scores tools for Arabic business and project plans on rules of its own.
A founder who needs both the statements and Arabic needs two tools; the worked example below adds up the cost.
What changed recently
Four vendor pages behind these cells carry a recent date, and the OpenAI page is why ChatGPT sits level with Gemini and NOXI.
| Vendor | What moved | Date on their page | When we read it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Generate, preview and edit files in the Gemini chat, "available to all users in all languages" | 29 October 2026 | 5 November 2026, 15:45 UTC | |
| Anthropic | File creation help article: available on all plans, Free included | 30 October 2026 (modified date) | 5 November 2026, 15:39 UTC |
| Anthropic | Language help article: eleven interface languages, no Arabic | 23 October 2026 (modified date) | 5 November 2026, 15:39 UTC |
| OpenAI | Language article lists Arabic among ChatGPT's languages, which gives ChatGPT full marks on L7 | "Updated: 16 days ago", about 20 October 2026 | 5 November 2026, 15:48 UTC |
Upmetrics' pricing page refused an automated client and opened in a signed-out browser; we draw no conclusion from that.
What these rules don't measure
Seven rules cannot see whether a plan is any good, and several things they leave out are where the dedicated planning tools are strongest.
- The quality of the projections. Statements are built from your assumptions; judging those is your accountant's job.
- Whether a bank accepts the file. "Lender-ready" is the vendor's word. No rule here checks what any bank requires.
- Accounting connections in depth. Upmetrics and LivePlan document QuickBooks Online and Xero, and L6 gives them the same 10 as an upload, although a live link to your books does more.
- Services around the plan. Venturekit lists a Formation plan at "$169 /yr" plus state fees, and ProjectionHub offers "CPA developed" forecast worksheet templates.
- Advice and collaboration. Adviser support, review by a person and sharing with a co-founder are not measured for anyone, nor are writing quality, benchmark data, data residency and speed.
What would change this ranking
Three things would move it, each tied to a page and a date.
- 1. Bizplanr calls its free PDF the complete plan. Today its home page says "Your free draft is the starting point" and its plans page says "a simple business plan draft". If both lines go and the free download is described as the full plan, L4 rises from 8 to 15 and Bizplanr moves to 83 and first. Pages: bizplanr.ai and bizplanr.ai/pricing-plans. Re-check 1 December 2026.
- 2. Upmetrics changes its plans table. If "Lender-Ready Reports" leaves it, L5 drops to 0 and Canva leads on 77; if a free plan that downloads appears, L4 rises to 15 and Upmetrics scores 93. Page: upmetrics.co/pricing. Re-check 1 December 2026.
- 3. The assistants' language pages change. If Anthropic names Arabic on a consumer help page, Claude rises to 70 and NOXI is eighth; if OpenAI removes Arabic, ChatGPT falls to 63 and NOXI is sixth. Worked example: a bakery's bank plan in Arabic and English, from its own projected figures
Example Omar and Lina Haddad, a fictional couple, are opening a neighbourhood bakery in Amman in March 2027. Their bank's loan checklist asks for a written plan and the three projected statements. Lina wants the plan in Arabic for the credit committee and in English for her brother in Dubai, who is investing. A bakery that has not opened has no sales history, so every figure comes from the spreadsheet they built with their accountant, in Jordanian dinars.
| Quarter | Projected sales (JOD) | Projected costs (JOD) | Profit (JOD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| March to May 2027 | 18,000 | 21,000 | loss of 3,000 |
| June to August 2027 | 24,000 | 22,500 | 1,500 |
| September to November 2027 | 27,000 | 23,000 | 4,000 |
| December 2027 to February 2028 | 30,000 | 24,000 | 6,000 |
| First year | 99,000 | 90,500 | 8,500 |
Steps one and two, the statements and the language. The bank's three statements are rule L1, and only five rows document them. All five take 8 on L7, while the five that document Arabic take 12 on L1. So the Haddads need two tools, and that is a finding about the market, not about their budget.
Step three, a documented route to the statements. They want a pricing page that ties the forecast and the lender reports to the plan they would buy. Upmetrics Premium does: "$14" a month billed annually, "Up to 7-Year Financial Forecast", "Lender-Ready Reports" and "PDF/DOC" export. So 14 times 12 = $168 for the year, with a 15-day refund window. Venturekit Pro costs 8 times 12 = $96 a year but exports PDF only, and their accountant wants an editable file.
Step four, the written plan in two languages. In NOXI they choose Report twice, English and Arabic, attach the same notes and paste the same table: two of the free plan's five documents for the month. The sales and costs columns and the profit line are drawn from their table, and both plans export to Word with charts they can still edit. Canva, ChatGPT or Gemini could write this half free too; the Haddads pick NOXI for its right-to-left pages with mirrored layouts and a Word file whose charts they can still edit.

Step five, the check. A week later the accountant raises the first quarter's costs from 21,000 to 21,600 dinars. The first-quarter loss becomes 3,600, costs for the year 91,100, and profit 99,000 minus 91,100 = 7,900. They send one chat request to each NOXI plan, as in Prompt 2 below, so the chart redraws with the new figure; they update the same figure in Upmetrics, and look for 7,900 in all three files before anything goes to the bank. NOXI fixes a number that disagrees between its own pages; across two tools, that check is theirs. Total: $168 for the year, as printed on 5 November 2026.

Build it: a business plan from the Report tile, with charts from your own table
Six steps take you from your notes and your spreadsheet to a written plan in Word, using the Report format in NOXI 2.0. NOXI draws the figures you paste, and the projections stay yours. Creating needs a free account.
A business plan for [a neighbourhood bakery in Amman] opening in [March 2027], for a bank loan: summary, market, products, operations, the owners, a sales and costs chart by quarter and a profit chart from my table, the money we need, and the risks. Use my attached notes and keep every figure exactly as in my table. [Ten] pages.
Change the costs for [March to May 2027] from [21,000] to [21,600], update the profit chart and every total that depends on it, and change nothing else.
The same business plan in Arabic, right to left, for [the bank's credit committee], from the same notes and the same table, with every number exactly as it is.
Step 1. Open NOXI
Go to noxi.ai and sign in, or create a free account. No credit card is needed to start. Home opens with Presentation picked.
Step 2. Choose the Report tile
The row under the box shows six formats; Report is one of the eight behind More. NOXI treats the format as a starting point, and a clear request wins.
Step 3. Attach your notes and paste your table
Write the request as in Prompt 1, attach your notes, and paste the projected figures from your own spreadsheet as a table under it, so every chart is built from your numbers.
Step 4. Press Create and watch it build
NOXI sketches every page first, picks a style that fits the subject from more than ninety, writes several pages at once, then reads the whole plan through and fixes a number that changed between pages.
Step 5. Check the charts against your table
Click a chart to switch its type, or open its data and change a number, and the chart redraws. Ask in the chat as in Prompt 2 and NOXI changes only what you asked; history restores any earlier version.
Step 6. Export to Word
Export Word for the accountant, with charts you can still edit, or PDF for the bank's email; each file is compared with the pages before the download appears. For the Arabic plan, send Prompt 3 as a second request.
For a chart your plan needs on its own, our guide to the AI chart maker covers the chart tools.
Frequently asked questions
- What is the best AI business plan generator?
- On seven printed rules checked on 5 November 2026, Upmetrics scores highest with 78 of 100, then Canva 77, Bizplanr 76 and LivePlan 71, with ChatGPT, Gemini and NOXI level on 70. Upmetrics leads because it documents the three projected statements, a complete plan and lender-ready reports. It has no free plan.
- Is there a business plan generator that is free?
- Yes. Five of eleven download a complete plan on a free plan: Canva, with up to 50 free generator uses as PDF or DOCX, and ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and NOXI as Word or PDF. Bizplanr's free PDF is a draft without financials. None of the five documents the three projected statements, checked 5 November 2026.
- Can ChatGPT write a business plan?
- Yes, as words, tables and charts. OpenAI documents deep research reports downloadable as Markdown, Word and PDF, data analysis with charts from your figures, and Arabic among ChatGPT's languages. It documents no projected statements or business-plan format, so ChatGPT scores 70 of 100, fifth of eleven, on rules checked 5 November 2026.
- What is the best AI for a business plan?
- It depends on who brings the numbers. If the AI must build projected profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, look at Upmetrics, LivePlan, Bizplanr's paid tier, PrometAI or Venturekit. If you bring the figures, Canva scores 77 of 100 with a free PDF or DOCX in up to 20 languages, Arabic included, on 5 November 2026.
- Which AI builds financial projections?
- Five of eleven document the three projected statements: Upmetrics, LivePlan, PrometAI, Venturekit and Bizplanr, whose statements sit in its paid tier, Upmetrics AI. Upmetrics' $14 Premium plan, billed annually, carries up to a 7-year forecast; the 10-year forecast belongs to the $37 Professional plan. The assistants build tables and charts from figures you give them.
- Is LivePlan worth it?
- If you need the statements and a Word file, it does that job: LivePlan documents projected profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, Word and PDF export, lender-ready statements and a deck from the plan. It scores 71 of 100, fourth of eleven. No free plan: $20, or $15 a month paid annually, with a 35-day money-back guarantee.
- Is an AI business plan writer good enough for a bank?
- For the words, often; for the numbers, only if it builds the statements. Five of eleven document projected profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, and Upmetrics, LivePlan, PrometAI and Venturekit name lender-ready outputs. Whether a bank accepts the file is not something any rule here measures, so ask your bank for its checklist first.
- Can I write a business plan in Arabic with AI?
- Yes. Five of eleven document Arabic: Canva's generator lists it among 20 languages, OpenAI and Google list it for ChatGPT and Gemini, 15minuteplan.ai names Arabic and Hebrew, and NOXI makes right-to-left pages with mirrored layouts. None of the five tools that build the three projected statements names a right-to-left language, checked 5 November 2026.
- What is the best business plan software?
- Among dedicated tools, Upmetrics scores 78 of 100 on our seven rules, then Bizplanr 76, also an Upmetrics Inc. product, and LivePlan 71. All three document projected profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet and lender-ready output. None of them downloads a complete plan on a free plan, checked 5 November 2026.
- Do Upmetrics and Bizplanr belong to the same company?
- Yes. Every Bizplanr page we opened on 5 November 2026 carries "© Copyright 2026 Upmetrics Inc.", and its paid tier is sold as Upmetrics AI at $14 a month. We score them as two products because they differ: Upmetrics scores 78 with no free plan, and Bizplanr 76 with a free draft PDF.
