Disclosure: NOXI publishes this page and is one of the tools scored. That's why the rules, weights and the source of every cell are printed, along with where NOXI loses points. Every Presentations.AI fact below comes from Presentations.AI's own pages and store listings, opened on 26 October 2026.
Quick answer: Use Presentations.AI when you want decks from many sources (YouTube, Notion, a URL), Brand Sync from your website, phone apps or a free-tier REST API. Use NOXI for a stated monthly free allowance, an editable PowerPoint with no watermark, sources on slides and Arabic layouts. On seven printed rules, NOXI scores 98 and Presentations.AI 75 (26 October 2026).
Reviews of Presentations.AI disagree about its free plan, and the reason is on its own site: the pricing table ticks PowerPoint export for the free Starter plan, while the FAQ says "Paid plans unlock PowerPoint export". This page quotes both, applies one printed rule, and scores Presentations.AI and NOXI on the same rubric as our AI presentation tools ranking.

Key numbers
The first two describe Presentations.AI as a company, not its slides; no rule on this page rewards size.
Presentations.AI vs NOXI side by side (26 October 2026)
Both build a full deck from a prompt or a file, edit it by chat and on the slide, and download an editable .pptx. They differ on the ways in, the free plan, where sources appear, right-to-left layout, and the extras: apps, an API and browser add-ons.

How we compared Presentations.AI and NOXI
Presentations.AI and NOXI were scored on documented capability with rubric P: seven criteria, one written rule each, applied the same way to both rows. We re-applied the rules of our AI presentation tools ranking on 26 October 2026; the ranking's method section has the full anchors.
| Code | Criterion | Weight | The rule (identical for both) |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 | Editable PPTX export | 20 | 5 = an editable .pptx with real text boxes documented on the free plan with no badge, or the tool edits the native PowerPoint or Google Slides file; 4 = the same export on paid plans only, or free with a badge; 3 = the vendor documents visible differences or elements that become images; 2 = PDF or images only, or a third-party step; 1 = no file export documented. |
| P2 | Editing depth | 20 | 5 = four AI levels documented: whole deck, one slide, one selected element, your own template or brand kit as the style (plus manual editing); 4 = three; 3 = two; 1 = only regeneration, or only manual editing. |
| P3 | Research with sources | 15 | 5 = web research documented and the source appears on the slide; 4 = cited research, placement not stated; 3 = research or citations in the chat only; 2 = grounds on uploads, no sources shown; 1 = none documented. |
| P4 | Import | 15 | 5 = PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, PowerPoint and images all accepted to create a deck, with a stated size limit; 4 = four of five, or all five with no limit; 3 = two or three types; 2 = one; 1 = text prompt only. |
| P5 | Languages incl. RTL | 10 | 5 = right-to-left layout documented; 4 = a list naming Arabic; 3 = "many languages" without a list; 2 = no list; 1 = English only. |
| P6 | Free plan reality | 10 | 5 = free generation and editable export, no card, no watermark, a stated monthly allowance; 4 = a badged export or a small one-time pool (also used where no allowance period is stated); 3 = free generation without PowerPoint export; 2 = a time-limited trial only; 1 = no free use documented. |
| P7 | Where it runs | 10 | 5 = web + inside PowerPoint or Google Slides + an API, MCP server or connectors; 4 = web + one of those; 3 = web + desktop or mobile apps; 2 = web only, or a single host app. |
Only official pages count, for both rows: in-app messages and code strings do not; store listings count for app facts because the vendor writes them.
The scored table: NOXI 98, Presentations.AI 75
NOXI scores 98 and Presentations.AI 75 out of 100 on the seven rules; the two are level only on where they run. Presentations.AI leads on no criterion of this rubric; it does lead on several things the rubric does not score (below).

| Criterion | NOXI: rating and reason | Presentations.AI: rating and reason | Lead |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Export (20) | 5. Editable PowerPoint (.pptx) with real text boxes and embedded fonts, Arabic included, on the free account, no watermark | 4. "PowerPoint / PDF Export" ticked for Starter, Pro and Gold; "native, fully editable .pptx files on eligible plans"; watermark not stated [3][4] | NOXI +4 |
| P2 Editing (20) | 5. Edit one slide or the whole deck by chat; click an element and say what to change; Match reference uses your PowerPoint or PDF as the style; manual edits to text, tables and chart numbers | 4. "click any text, image, or layout and change it directly, or tell the AI what to fix"; Brand Sync for your brand; three AI levels documented [5] | NOXI +4 |
| P3 Sources (15) | 5. Prompt-started decks research the web first; slides with figures carry a source line linking to where each number came from | 3. "up-to-date research pulled in as you generate"; no citations or source placement described [5] | NOXI +6 |
| P4 Import (15) | 5. PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, PowerPoint and images, up to 200 MB per file | 4. "a Word document, a PDF, a URL, a Google Doc, or an Excel file", plus an existing PowerPoint; images not named, no size limit stated [4][5] | NOXI +3 |
| P5 RTL (10) | 5. Right-to-left slides; timelines and tables run right to left | 3. "more than 14 languages", with no list and no right-to-left layout statement [4] | NOXI +4 |
| P6 Free plan (10) | 5. 1,000 credits reset every month, a deck uses about 25, no card, no watermark | 4. Starter "$0", 200 credits, export ticked, "No card needed"; credits are "per billing cycle", not a stated monthly allowance [3] | NOXI +2 |
| P7 Where it runs (10) | 4. Web plus a connector for AI assistants at the address on noxi.ai/connect; a 5 also needs an add-in inside PowerPoint or Google Slides [15] | 4. Web plus a REST API, "Free tier included"; apps for phones and tablets; no PowerPoint or Google Slides add-in [6][13] | Level |
The arithmetic, row by row
Each weighted score is the rating divided by 5, times the criterion's weight; the totals are the sums of the seven weighted scores.
| Criterion | NOXI | Presentations.AI | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 (20) | 5 ÷ 5 × 20 = 20 | 4 ÷ 5 × 20 = 16 | NOXI +4 |
| P2 (20) | 5 ÷ 5 × 20 = 20 | 4 ÷ 5 × 20 = 16 | NOXI +4 |
| P3 (15) | 5 ÷ 5 × 15 = 15 | 3 ÷ 5 × 15 = 9 | NOXI +6 |
| P4 (15) | 5 ÷ 5 × 15 = 15 | 4 ÷ 5 × 15 = 12 | NOXI +3 |
| P5 (10) | 5 ÷ 5 × 10 = 10 | 3 ÷ 5 × 10 = 6 | NOXI +4 |
| P6 (10) | 5 ÷ 5 × 10 = 10 | 4 ÷ 5 × 10 = 8 | NOXI +2 |
| P7 (10) | 4 ÷ 5 × 10 = 8 | 4 ÷ 5 × 10 = 8 | 0 |
| Total | 20 + 20 + 15 + 15 + 10 + 10 + 8 = 98 | 16 + 16 + 9 + 12 + 6 + 8 + 8 = 75 | 4 + 4 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 2 = 23 |
Why the gap is 23 points
The 23 points are 4 + 4 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 2, and 98 − 75 = 23. The largest piece is sources: research without documented citations scores 3 against NOXI's 5, worth 6 points. Import adds 3 (images and a size limit are not named) and the free plan 2 (credits per billing cycle, not a stated monthly allowance). NOXI scores highest on these seven rules; its missing points on P7 are the add-in inside PowerPoint or Google Slides that a 5 requires.
What would change the result
- Presentations.AI 73 if its FAQ ("Paid plans unlock PowerPoint export") is followed instead of its pricing page (P6 = 3: 375 − 10 = 365, ÷ 5 = 73). P1 stays at 4, because the FAQ still calls the paid-plan files "native, fully editable".
- NOXI 94 if the connector is not counted (P7 = 2).
- NOXI 89 for a deck started from an attached file: research and source lines are off by default then (P3 = 2: 490 − 45 = 445, ÷ 5 = 89).
No line changes the order: NOXI's lowest line (89, a deck started from a file) against Presentations.AI's pricing-page total (75) still leaves a 14-point gap.
Our June 2026 hands-on test, a different method
Our June 2026 test of AI presentation makers ran the same briefs through each tool and ranked the results by hand: NOXI came first and Presentations.AI eleventh, with a partial mark for its PowerPoint export and no cited research in that test. It is a separate method and is not added to this score.
What is Presentations.AI, and who runs it?
Presentations.AI is an AI presentation maker that builds a deck from a prompt, a document, a URL or a video and exports to PowerPoint, Google Slides, PDF or a live link. Its About page says it was "founded in Bangalore" in 2018 and now serves "more than 12 million customers" in "150+ countries" with "30 team members" [1].
Is Presentations.AI an Indian company?
It was founded in India and is headquartered in Singapore. The About page names six founders in Bangalore, including Sumanth Raghavendra (co-founder and CEO) [1]; the privacy policy, effective 21 August 2026, says "We are headquartered in Singapore" [9]; the data processing agreement names "Slide Craft Technologies Pvt Ltd" with a Bangalore address, also the App Store seller [10][13]; and the terms send disputes to Singapore [12].
| Question | What Presentations.AI's pages say | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Founded | 2018, in Bangalore, by six co-founders | About [1] |
| Legal entity | "Slide Craft Technologies Pvt Ltd", Bangalore address; no "Pte. Ltd." entity named on its pages | DPA [10] |
| Funding | "$3 million seed funding round led by Accel Partners"; backers include Accel and Together Fund | Press release, 30 January 2025 [2]; About [1] |
| Users | "1 million users in 84 days" (2025 release); "12M+ Customers" and "20M+ presentations created" (undated) | [2]; AI presentation maker page [5] |
The user figures are the vendor's own: read them as scale, not slide quality.
Is Presentations.AI free? Plans, credits and prices
Yes. Presentations.AI's Starter plan costs $0 with 200 credits, decks of "Up to 20 Slides" and "Free to start. No card needed." Paid plans are Pro at $20 a month billed annually ($240 a year, 5,000 credits) and Gold at $100 a month billed annually ($1,200, 50,000 credits), as US prices on 26 October 2026 [3].
| Plan | US price | Credits | What the card adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0 | 200 per billing cycle | "Starter AI model and agent", "Up to 20 Slides"; export ticked in the table [3] |
| Pro | $20 a month, billed annually = $240 | 5,000 | "High-quality PowerPoint Export", presentation tracking and analytics, brand customisation [3] |
| Gold | $100 a month, billed annually = $1,200 | 50,000 | "Frontier AI models and agents", a shared knowledge base [3] |
You sign up or log in with Google, Apple, Microsoft, LinkedIn or email. Two details change what the free plan gives you: signing up with a work email gives "2x free credits", and the credit row is labelled "AI Credits (annual)" with the tooltip "Total AI credits available per billing cycle" [3]. No page we opened says the Starter credits refill each month, which is why P6 is 4 and not 5.
How many credits does a Presentations.AI deck use?
The app's pricing and FAQ pages do not publish a credit cost per deck. The API page does, for API use only: "Each slide costs 10 credits", so a 10-slide API deck is 100 credits [6]. Those pages do not say whether the app's 200 Starter credits are spent at the same rate, so run one deck and read your balance before and after.
Prices outside the US
The pricing page says your actual price "might vary depending on your country to adjust for purchasing power parity" and shows no local-currency table, so this page prints US dollars only [3].
NOXI's free plan works differently: each account gets 1,000 credits a month, reset on the first of the month, and a full deck uses about 25, with no card and no watermark. For paid plans across the field, see our AI presentation maker pricing index.
Can you export Presentations.AI to PowerPoint for free?
The pricing page says yes and the FAQ says no. The pricing table ticks "PowerPoint / PDF Export" for Starter, Pro and Gold, while the FAQ says "Paid plans unlock PowerPoint export" [3][4]. Our rule lets the pricing page decide, so the score is 75; the FAQ reading is 73.

| Page | What it says about PowerPoint | Effect on the score |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing table | "PowerPoint / PDF Export" ticked for Starter, Pro and Gold [3] | Decides: P1 4, P6 4, total 75 |
| FAQ, pricing answer | "Paid plans unlock PowerPoint export" [4] | Sensitivity: P6 3, total 73 |
| FAQ, export answer | "native, fully editable .pptx files on eligible plans" [4] | Supports P1 4 on either reading |
| Pro card | "High-quality PowerPoint Export" [3] | None: a feature label, not a plan rule |
| Watermark | Its pages don't state whether Starter files carry one [3][4] | Silent page: the lower anchor (4) applies |
In practice: download one Starter deck before you plan a month around the free plan; if it asks you to upgrade, the FAQ reading applies to your account.
Are Presentations.AI files editable in PowerPoint?
On eligible plans, yes by its own account. The FAQ says the files "open in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides with text, layouts, and fonts intact", and the maker page promises "a native .pptx with editable text, shapes, and layouts" [4][5]. The same FAQ adds that "it is good practice to review an exported file" before an important meeting.
Whichever tool made the file, open it once in PowerPoint and check fonts and chart labels on two or three slides; our guide to embedding fonts in PowerPoint explains why a font can change on another computer.
Presentations.AI inputs, Brand Sync and editing
Presentations.AI names more ways in than NOXI: a prompt, an outline, PDF, Word, Excel, an existing PowerPoint, a URL, a Google Doc, a Notion page, a Markdown file and a YouTube video [4][5]. NOXI names PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, PowerPoint and images, with a stated limit of 200 MB per file; on rubric P that list scores 5 and Presentations.AI's 4, because images and a size limit are not named on its pages.

If your material lives in Notion pages or YouTube talks, Presentations.AI is the shorter route; if it lives in files, both take it. For that job alone, see our ranking of AI tools that turn a document into a presentation.
What is Presentations.AI Brand Sync?
Brand Sync reads your company website and applies its look to the deck: "Paste your company URL, and Presentations.AI pulls your logo, colors, and fonts straight from your site" [5]. The FAQ adds that brand standards then carry across every slide [4].
If your brand lives in a PowerPoint template rather than a website, our guide to AI presentations in your own template compares the template routes tool by tool.
Editing a Presentations.AI deck
Presentations.AI's maker page says you can "click any text, image, or layout and change it directly, or tell the AI what to fix", and Brand Sync applies your brand; its "Anti-fragile Templates" recalculate spacing as content changes [5]. On the rubric's anchors those pages document three of the four AI editing levels, so P2 is 4. NOXI documents all four: one slide, the whole deck, a selected element, and your own deck or PDF as the style.
Presentations.AI app, API, ChatGPT plugin and Chrome extension
Presentations.AI runs in more places than most deck makers: iPhone, iPad and Android apps, a REST API with a free tier, a custom GPT in ChatGPT (its page calls it a "ChatGPT Plugin") and a Chrome extension that turns a web page into slides [6][7][8][13][14]. These are real strengths, and only the API counts on rubric P.
| Route | What Presentations.AI documents | NOXI's route |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone and iPad | App Store app for iPhone and iPad, "Designed for iPad", version 3.0.16 of 2 October 2026; "This app's overall rating was recently reset" [13] | Runs in the phone browser: generate, edit with AI, present and share |
| Android | Google Play app: "Generate complete presentations from simple text descriptions"; "Export to PPT, Google Slides"; updated 1 October 2026, 50K+ downloads [14] | The same phone-browser route |
| API | "REST API generates professional decks in 30 seconds"; "Free tier: 10 presentations/month, no credit card required"; SDKs for Python, Node.js, Ruby and Java [6] | Connect NOXI to your AI assistant with the address on noxi.ai/connect [15] |
| ChatGPT | A custom GPT that builds the deck in ChatGPT; "Download as PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, or image files" [7] | The noxi.ai/connect page lists ChatGPT among the assistants that connect [15] |
| Chrome | A Chrome extension to turn any webpage into a presentation [8] | Runs in any browser at noxi.ai |
On our separate apps ranking, rubric A, Presentations.AI scores 85 and NOXI 84 on 26 October 2026, because Presentations.AI has store apps that create decks and NOXI runs in the phone browser. That rubric is a different set of rules and is not mixed into the 75 above.
Presentations.AI downloader and modified apps
Presentations.AI publishes no downloader and no modified app. Its terms forbid modifying or reverse-engineering the service and using automated tools to "scrape" or download data from its pages, so third-party downloaders and modified app files break them [12]. Use the official site and the store apps.
Presentations.AI vs Gamma, Canva and Beautiful.ai
On the same seven rules, Gamma scores 83, Canva 80, Presentations.AI 75 and Beautiful.ai 73. Gamma leads Presentations.AI on editing, sources, import and right-to-left text, and Canva on import, right-to-left layout and the free plan; Presentations.AI leads all three on PowerPoint export, because their own pages document visual differences in the exported file.
| Criterion (weight) | Presentations.AI | Gamma | Canva | Beautiful.ai |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Export (20) | 4 | 3 | 3 | 3 |
| P2 Editing (20) | 4 | 5 | 4 | 4 |
| P3 Sources (15) | 3 | 4 | 3 | 4 |
| P4 Import (15) | 4 | 5 | 5 | 3 |
| P5 RTL (10) | 3 | 4 | 5 | 5 |
| P6 Free plan (10) | 4 | 4 | 5 | 2 |
| P7 Where it runs (10) | 4 | 4 | 4 | 5 |
| Total | 75 | 83 | 80 | 73 |
All rows are copied from the same shared table as the two scored above (Gamma and Canva re-opened on 26 October 2026; Beautiful.ai as verified on 25 October 2026) [17][18][19].
Presentations.AI vs Gamma
Gamma scores 83 and Presentations.AI 75, an 8-point gap: Gamma gains 4 on editing, 3 on sources ("search the web and pull in citations"), 3 on import and 2 on right-to-left text, and Presentations.AI gains 4 on export (−4 + 4 + 3 + 3 + 2 = 8) [17]. Gamma's export article has a section titled "Export Limitations and Visual Differences", and its Free plan puts a "Made by Gamma" badge on PDF and PPTX files; it gives 400 credits at signup that "do not refresh" [17]. Pick Gamma for web-published decks, sites and analytics; pick Presentations.AI for Brand Sync and YouTube or Notion inputs. Our NOXI vs Gamma comparison scores Gamma against NOXI the same way.
Presentations.AI vs Canva
Canva scores 80 and Presentations.AI 75, a 5-point gap: Canva gains 3 on import, 4 on right-to-left layout ("Mirror page to match text direction") and 2 on the free plan (20 AI uses that reset monthly), and Presentations.AI gains 4 on export (−4 + 3 + 4 + 2 = 5) [18]. Canva's help says its PPTX files "may look different when opened in Microsoft Powerpoint" [18]. Pick Canva for its design and template range, video and social formats in one editor; pick Presentations.AI for faster AI-first decks from documents and an API.
Presentations.AI vs Beautiful.ai
Presentations.AI scores 75 and Beautiful.ai 73: Presentations.AI gains 4 on export, 3 on import and 4 on the free plan (Beautiful.ai offers "a 14-day free trial"), and Beautiful.ai gains 3 on sources, 4 on right-to-left layout and 2 on where it runs (4 + 3 + 4 − 3 − 4 − 2 = 2) [19]. Pick Beautiful.ai for Smart Slides that re-lay themselves out, a PowerPoint add-in and right-to-left themes.
Does Presentations.AI train on my content? Privacy and data location
No, by its own FAQ: "Your content is not used to train AI models" [4]. Its terms say the service may use "publicly available artificial intelligence platforms" (Third Party AI), and its privacy policy says personal information "may be transferred to the United States or other locations" [9][12].
Presentations.AI also offers a data-location choice. Its features page lists "Data Residency Options": "US (Virginia)", "EU (Germany/Ireland)" and a "Custom region for enterprise" [11]. Its FAQ lists security certifications; read them on the FAQ page itself [4]. NOXI's privacy policy (updated 20 September 2026) states: "We do not use your presentations, prompts, or uploaded files to train or fine-tune AI models"; NOXI is operated from Abu Dhabi and encrypts data in transit and at rest [16].
With either tool, check the plan's data terms before uploading files with personal information.
What these rules don't measure
Rubric P measures what a vendor documents before you pay, and gives NOXI a 5 on six of seven criteria; read it with this list beside it.
- Input breadth beyond files. YouTube, Notion, Markdown and URL inputs are real time savers; P4 scores only the five file types and a size limit.
- Brand Sync from a company URL. No criterion rewards taking the brand from a website rather than from a file.
- Apps, the custom GPT and the Chrome extension. P7 counts the API; the apps and add-ons add nothing to the 75.
- Data-location choice. US, EU or a custom enterprise region is not a rubric P criterion.
- Analytics. Pro adds presentation tracking and analytics; no rule scores it.
- In-app export notices. NOXI's app tells you when complex graphics are kept as images in the exported file. In-app messages are not official pages, so no rule scores them, for either tool.
- Output quality, speed and accuracy. No official page measures them in a form a printed rule can score; the API's "30 seconds" is a claim we did not time.
The fair test is your own: run one real brief through both and compare the PowerPoint files you would send.
Worked example: an HR lead choosing a deck tool for monthly updates
An HR lead making six decks a month can pay $240 a year for Presentations.AI Pro to be sure of PowerPoint export, or make the 72 decks in NOXI for $0 and use Presentations.AI's free API tier for automated welcome decks.
Step 1: what each tool costs for a year
Presentations.AI's FAQ says paid plans unlock PowerPoint export, so for certainty she prices Pro: $20 × 12 = $240 a year, billed annually [3][4]. In NOXI her 6 decks use 6 × 25 = 150 credits a month, 150 ÷ 1,000 = 15% of the free allowance; over the year that is 72 × 25 = 1,800 of 12 × 1,000 = 12,000 credits, again 15%. NOXI costs $0, so choosing NOXI for the monthly decks saves $240 − $0 = $240 a year against Pro.
Step 2: the job only Presentations.AI documents
Her HR system could create a welcome deck for each new hire. Presentations.AI's API free tier covers 10 presentations a month [6]; her 3 new hires a month use 3 ÷ 10 = 30% of it, 36 decks a year at $0. NOXI's connector works through an AI assistant rather than as a REST API for her HR system, so for this job Presentations.AI's API is the documented route.
Step 3: re-weight the rubric to her priorities
Her decks are English-only, so she moves the 10 points of P5 (right-to-left) to P7 (where it runs), because the API matters to her: P5 = 0, P7 = 20. Check: 20 + 20 + 15 + 15 + 0 + 10 + 20 = 100.
| Criterion (her weight) | NOXI | Presentations.AI |
|---|---|---|
| P1 (20) | 5 ÷ 5 × 20 = 20 | 4 ÷ 5 × 20 = 16 |
| P2 (20) | 5 ÷ 5 × 20 = 20 | 4 ÷ 5 × 20 = 16 |
| P3 (15) | 15 | 9 |
| P4 (15) | 15 | 12 |
| P5 (0) | 0 | 0 |
| P6 (10) | 10 | 8 |
| P7 (20) | 4 ÷ 5 × 20 = 16 | 4 ÷ 5 × 20 = 16 |
| Total | 20 + 20 + 15 + 15 + 10 + 16 = 96 | 16 + 16 + 9 + 12 + 8 + 16 = 77 |
NOXI still leads, 96 to 77; the gap shrinks from 23 to 19 because she drops right-to-left layout, where NOXI led by 4, and doubles where it runs, where the two are level. Your weights will differ: write down the jobs you pay for, re-weight, and recompute.
Step 4: the decision
Grace makes the 72 monthly decks in NOXI with the company's logo and brand colour. She trials Presentations.AI's API free tier for the 36 welcome decks a year. Last year's 24-slide onboarding deck, exported from Presentations.AI as a .pptx, goes into NOXI's Improve structure for a clearer 12-slide first-week story (Build it, below). She sets a review date of 1 February 2027. For the slide-by-slide content of a new-hire session, our onboarding presentation template has a 12-slide outline.
Here are three slides from the deck NOXI built for this article's worked example, unedited.

Where NOXI fits
NOXI is our pick for a stated free monthly allowance, an editable PowerPoint with no watermark, source lines on slides with figures in decks started from a prompt, and right-to-left Arabic layouts. It builds a full, designed deck from a topic, a brief or a file, and lets you edit it by chat or on the slide.
Describe your topic and NOXI builds the full deck; you can review the outline first or generate straight away. When you start from a prompt, NOXI researches the topic on the web first, and slides with figures carry a source line linking to where each number came from. NOXI adds images where a slide needs one.
NOXI can also beautify, restructure, complete or reformat a deck you already have. The wider field, scored on the same rules, is in our AI presentation tools ranking.
Three prompts for a NOXI deck
"Improve the story of the attached onboarding deck for new hires in their first week. Order it as welcome, first day, first week, who to ask, policies, and the 30-day checklist. Keep every fact and number from the original and keep it to 12 slides."
"Build a 9-slide deck comparing [tool A] and [tool B] for [team]: the verdict, the seven criteria with each rating and its reason, the arithmetic of both totals, where each tool leads, the yearly cost and a recommendation with a review date."
"Create an 8-slide policy update for [audience] on [policy]: what changes, from which date, who it affects, three examples, the steps to follow, and where to ask questions. Use [brand colour] and full-sentence titles."
Build it: restructure an exported deck in NOXI with Improve structure
To give a deck from Presentations.AI or any other tool a clearer story, choose Improve structure on NOXI's Home screen, attach the PowerPoint or PDF, describe what should improve, then edit by chat and download an editable PowerPoint or a PDF. One flow, six steps:
Step 1 — Choose Improve structure
Open noxi.ai, sign in with a free account (no card), and pick Improve structure on the Home screen. Uploading a file needs the free account.
Step 2 — Attach your deck
Attach the deck you exported from Presentations.AI or another tool, as a PowerPoint or PDF file, up to 200 MB.
Step 3 — Describe what should improve
Name the audience, the goal and the order you want, or paste Prompt 1. Improve structure may reorder, merge, split or rewrite slides into a clearer story, and keeps the source facts.
Step 4 — Check the new order and every figure
Read the new deck slide by slide against the original. Confirm each number, date and name before the deck goes to its audience.
Step 5 — Edit by chat or on the slide
Ask the AI to change one slide or the whole deck in plain language, click any element and tell it what to change, edit text right on the slide, or add your logo and brand colour.
Step 6 — Download, present or share
Download an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) with real text boxes and embedded fonts, or a PDF, free and with no watermark. You can also present full-screen or share a view-only or edit link.
Presentations.AI review: FAQ
- Is Presentations.AI free?
- Yes. Its Starter plan costs $0 with 200 credits per billing cycle, decks of up to 20 slides and no card needed, and a work email doubles the free credits. Paid plans start with Pro at $20 a month billed annually, $240 a year, as US prices on 26 October 2026; prices may vary by country.
- Can Presentations.AI export to PowerPoint for free?
- Its pages disagree. The pricing table ticks PowerPoint and PDF export for the free Starter plan, while the FAQ says paid plans unlock PowerPoint export. Our rule lets the pricing page decide, giving 75; the FAQ reading gives 73. Its pages don't state whether free files carry a watermark, so download one test deck first.
- Are Presentations.AI files editable in PowerPoint?
- On eligible plans, yes by its own account: the FAQ describes native, fully editable .pptx files that open in PowerPoint or Google Slides with text, layouts and fonts intact, and the maker page promises editable text, shapes and layouts. The same FAQ advises reviewing an exported file before an important meeting.
- Is Presentations.AI an Indian company?
- It was founded in Bangalore in 2018 and is headquartered in Singapore, according to its About page and privacy policy. Its data processing agreement names Slide Craft Technologies Pvt Ltd with a Bangalore address, the App Store seller is the same company, and its terms send disputes to Singapore.
- Does Presentations.AI have an app?
- Yes. It has an App Store app for iPhone and iPad, version 3.0.16 of 2 October 2026, whose rating was recently reset, and a Google Play app updated on 1 October 2026 with 50K+ downloads. Both describe generating decks from text and exporting to PowerPoint. NOXI runs in the phone browser instead.
- Does Presentations.AI have an API?
- Yes. Its REST API generates decks and has a free tier of 10 presentations a month with no credit card, plus SDKs for Python, Node.js, Ruby and Java. The API page prices paid use at 10 credits a slide, so a 10-slide deck costs 100 credits. It is the reason Presentations.AI scores 4 on where it runs.
- Presentations.AI or Gamma?
- On the same seven rules Gamma scores 83 and Presentations.AI 75. Gamma leads on editing, citations, import and right-to-left text; Presentations.AI leads on PowerPoint export, because Gamma documents visual differences in exports and badges free files. Choose Gamma for web-published decks and sites, Presentations.AI for Brand Sync and YouTube or Notion inputs.
- Presentations.AI or Canva?
- Canva scores 80 and Presentations.AI 75 on the same rules. Canva leads on import, right-to-left layout and a free allowance that resets monthly; Presentations.AI leads on PowerPoint export, since Canva says its PPTX may look different in PowerPoint. Choose Canva for design range and video formats, Presentations.AI for AI-first decks and an API.
- Does Presentations.AI train on my content?
- Its FAQ says no: your content is not used to train AI models. Its terms say the service may use third-party AI platforms, its privacy policy allows transfers to the United States, and its features page offers US, EU or a custom enterprise data region. Check your plan's data terms before uploading personal information.
- How is NOXI different from Presentations.AI?
- On seven printed rules checked on 26 October 2026, NOXI scores 98 and Presentations.AI 75. NOXI leads on sources on slides, export, editing depth, right-to-left layout, import and a stated free monthly allowance. Presentations.AI leads on input breadth, Brand Sync, store apps, a free API tier, a custom GPT and a Chrome extension.
