Top AI Companies in the UAE in November 2026: 9 Scored by What They Ship, From Falcon to Jais

TII, Inception42, MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models, Wittify AI, Core42, G42, AI71, Presight and Arabic.ai, scored on seven printed rules about products the public can check, from their own pages and UAE government pages, with NOXI, TAMM and U-Ask as unranked reference rows.

Top AI companies in the UAE, a NOXI blog cover: nine UAE-built AI companies scored on seven printed rules for November 2026, with TII first, Inception42 second and NOXI shown only as an unranked reference row

Disclosure: We are NOXI, an AI document maker operated from Abu Dhabi, and we publish this page. We score ourselves on the same seven rules below the table, beside two government services, and do not rank ourselves. How NOXI began is in why I built NOXI.

The author has worked at AI71 and VentureOne, which the Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC) calls its "commercialization arm"; TII says it is part of ATRC, and the Abu Dhabi Media Office reported ATRC's launch of AI71 in 2023. That is why every score is cited to a public page and the seven rules are named before the table and printed in full below it.

Top AI companies in the UAE, checked 4 November 2026 on seven printed rules: TII passes all seven checks on these rules, 100 of 100, then Inception42 85, MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models and Wittify AI 70 each, and Core42 48. Four of the nine let a member of the public use a product today.

This page ranks nine UAE-built companies by what they ship, from their own pages and official UAE government pages, dated.

The seven rules ask what a member of the public can check and use: a product you can open, Arabic on the page, published weights, a stated free tier, a recent release, a government page naming the company, and terms for the product. They do not measure size, revenue, funding, compute or contracts. TII's 100 means its own pages document all seven, and the four companies at the bottom score 20 to 25 because they sell to enterprises and governments, not because they are small.

Top AI companies in the UAE: the nine, scored

On seven documented rules checked on 4 November 2026, TII scores 100 of 100, Inception42 85, and MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models and Wittify AI 70 each, with both ties on the page settled by the government-page rule.

Stacked bar chart of nine UAE-built AI companies scored on seven rules out of 100 on 4 November 2026: TII 100, Inception42 85, MBZUAI Institute of Foundation Models 70, Wittify AI 70, Core42 48, G42 25, AI71 21, Presight 20 and Arabic.ai 20, with the twenty-point public-use segment shaded first, and three unranked reference rows below: NOXI 63, TAMM 53 and U-Ask 45.
The first segment is the public-use rule, 20 of the 100 points. Four of the nine take it in full, and the reference rows sit apart from the ranking.

Who should pick what

Six needs point to the companies above and the two government services; none of the six lines is ours.

  • If you want to try TII's Emirati Arabic model then Falcon Chat: TII's model page says "Try Falcon-Emirati on Falcon Chat", Falcon Chat's guest model list showed falcon-emirati-7b on 4 November, and the chat calls itself free; the weights are not public [2].
  • If you want open Arabic weights with the dialects then Jais 3, which IFM and Inception42 say "is available today on Hugging Face"; the 32B model card shows an Apache 2.0 licence [4].
  • If you want a fully open model family from Abu Dhabi then K2 Horizon, six models that MBZUAI says are "released under the Apache 2.0 license" (3 September 2026) [7].
  • If you need an Arabic customer-service agent with prices in dirhams then Wittify AI, whose Sandbox is "Free forever" at AED 0, with Emirati among its named dialects [8].
  • If your company needs one API across many models then Core42, whose Compass is "A single API layer to build across multiple foundation models" [9].
  • If your question is about a UAE government service then U-Ask on u.ae, which answers "government service questions with AI", and in Abu Dhabi TAMM, through UAE PASS [15][16].

How we chose the frame: AI companies, not AI tools, and why

We set out to rank AI products in the UAE, and the search data chose the frame: company-shaped searches are full in every market we checked, and tool-shaped ones are empty in the US and the UAE.

On 4 November 2026, in Google's autosuggest for the UAE and five other English-speaking markets, "top ai companies in uae" returned ten suggestions in all six, and so did "uae ai model", with "k2 think", "falcon" and "open source" among them. "Uae ai products", "best ai tools uae" and "best ai apps uae" returned none in the US or the UAE.

So this page ranks companies by the products they ship: every rule is about a product a person or a business can open, read or download, and none is about headcount, money or size. For the tool question, our ranking of AI presentation makers for the UAE scores the tools people here use for slides.

Not on this list AI development agencies. Searches for "ai development companies in uae" lead to firms that build software for clients. They are service companies and a different list, so no agency is scored here.

How we scored: seven rules, 100 points, printed in full

Seven rules worth 100 points, one entry rule and one tie-break chain, applied the same way to the nine companies and to the three reference rows.

Method The rules measure what a member of the public can check and use, not size, revenue, compute or contracts. Scored on documented capability from official pages opened on 4 November 2026, signed out, between 11:30 and 11:52 UTC. Not a new hands-on test. A cell scores zero only where an official page was opened and does not document the feature.
CodeRule (points)What each level needs, identical for every row
U1Anyone can use it today (20)20 = a public web app or app-store app a member of the public can use after at most a free sign-up, linked from the company's own page · 10 = developer access only (open weights, API sign-up) · 0 = enterprise or government customers only, or contact sales
U2Arabic, documented (15)15 = Arabic documented on its own page with a dialect or Emirati mention · 8 = Arabic named · 0 = not documented
U3Open weights or a published model (15)15 = downloadable weights with a licence, linked from its own page · 8 = a technical report or model card without weights · 0 = neither
U4Free to try, stated (15)15 = free use stated on its own page · 8 = a free trial, or free for developers only · 0 = not stated
U5Shipped in the last six months (10)10 = a product release dated 1 May to 4 November 2026 on its own page · 5 = dated earlier in 2026 · 0 = none dated 2026
U6Named on an official UAE government page (15)15 = named on wam.ae, u.ae, ai.gov.ae, a .gov.ae page or the Abu Dhabi Media Office in 2026 · 8 = before 2026 · 0 = not found
U7Privacy terms for the product (10)10 = a product-specific privacy policy or terms · 5 = company-level only · 0 = none found

The half-mark rule. A middle mark needs exactly what the rule's middle line prints: 8 of 15 (half, rounded up), 5 of 10, and 10 of 20 on U1. Every cell that is neither full nor zero carries its reason inside the cell below. The tie-break chain: U1, then U6, then U2, then U3, then table order. Both ties here are settled at the second link: IFM and Wittify AI both take U1 in full, and on U6 IFM has 15 and Wittify 0; Presight and Arabic.ai both score zero on U1, and on U6 Presight has 15 and Arabic.ai 0.

The four readings that settle the close cells

  • Jais is credited once. Jais 3 is a joint release of IFM and Inception42, so everything Jais, from the open models to the Jais Chat app, is read for Inception42's row, and IFM's row is scored on K2.
  • "Linked from the company's own page" is met when the app sits on the company's own domain or its page links to it: chat.ifm.ai is IFM's subdomain, Inception42 links jaischat.ai, falconllm.tii.ae links Falcon Chat.
  • U7 full marks need a page for the product, or a policy for a company whose one product is the platform it names. A group-wide or website notice is company-level, 5.
  • U6 on u.ae: a page "Updated On" in 2026 that names the company counts as a 2026 naming. It decides no cell here.

The entry rule: who counts as a UAE company

A company enters only if its own page, or an official UAE government page, says it is built or based in the UAE. A registered office address counts; a governing-law clause or a press dateline does not.

The reference rows pass the same way: "TAMM was created in Abu Dhabi" (DGE), U-Ask runs on the federal portal, and NOXI is operated from Abu Dhabi. CAMB.AI is not in the table because the entry rule needs a page saying where a company is based, and none of the CAMB.AI pages we opened on 4 November 2026 says it [18]. Three more were checked and excluded: M42's home and digital health pages describe "AI-driven innovations" but name no AI product a reader can open; XPANCEO's page says it "is developing a smart contact lens"; and Space42's site refused us [19].

The gaps between the rows you will actually compare

  • TII 100 minus Inception42 85 = 15, all of it U4: Falcon Chat says it is free, and no Jais page does.
  • Inception42 85 minus MBZUAI IFM 70 = 15, all of it U2: Jais 3 documents dialects, IFM's K2 pages name no Arabic, and Jais is credited once.
  • MBZUAI IFM 70 and Wittify AI 70 are level and opposite in shape. IFM takes U3 for open weights and U6 for the DGE naming; Wittify takes U2 for its dialects and U4 for its free Sandbox. U6 decides.
  • Wittify AI 70 minus Core42 48 = 22: U1, U2, U4 and U7, against Core42's U6.

Sensitivity readings, including the one that reorders the bottom

The top five hold under every reading we printed, and one reading reorders the bottom four.

Reading 1, equal weights (each cell as a fraction of its rule's maximum, averaged, scaled to 100): TII 100.0, Inception42 85.7, MBZUAI IFM 71.4, Wittify AI 71.4, Core42 50.5, G42 28.6, AI71 22.4, Presight 21.4, Arabic.ai 21.4. The order holds.

Reading 2, without U1, the heaviest rule (out of 80): TII 80, Inception42 65, MBZUAI IFM 50, Wittify AI 50, Core42 38, G42 25, AI71 21, Presight 20, Arabic.ai 20. The order holds and the gaps shrink.

Reading 3, without the Abu Dhabi Media Office, which is not a .gov.ae domain: Core42 drops to 33, AI71 13, G42 10 and Presight 5, while TII, Inception42 and IFM keep their WAM, u.ae and DGE namings. The top five do not move; Arabic.ai rises from ninth to sixth.

Three smaller readings. Jais speech credited to IFM: IFM 85, level with Inception42, which stays second on table order. Inception42's terms read on its company notice only: 80, still second. TII's free cell at the trial level of 8: TII 93, still first.

The most fragile line on the page is the IFM and Wittify AI tie: any single drop in an IFM cell, or Wittify gaining a weights cell or a government naming, swaps third and fourth. At the top, no single cell of any other row takes first place from TII, which loses it only if U1, U2, U3 or U6 fell to zero.

The UAE AI models: Falcon, Jais and K2, and what is open

Three UAE model families publish weights today, Falcon from TII, Jais 3 from IFM and Inception42, and K2 from IFM; the exception is TII's newest three, launched on 6 October 2026, which have no public weights yet.

Definition Open weights. A model whose trained parameters can be downloaded under a stated licence, so you can run it on your own hardware. A demo, a chat app or an API is not open weights, even when it is free.

Falcon. TII, "the applied research arm of Abu Dhabi's Advanced Technology Research Council", releases Falcon-H1R 7B "under the Falcon LLM license." Its October launch is about Emirati Arabic: Falcon-Emirati is "a 7-billion-parameter model purpose-built for Emirati vocabulary", and Falcon-ASR turns spoken Emirati Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese into text. TII says Falcon-Emirati scored 84.83% on Alyah, a native Emirati Arabic benchmark; that is TII's own evaluation. The three October models had no public Hugging Face repository at 11:47 UTC, so none is described here as open.

Jais. Jais 3 was introduced on 16 October 2026 by "The Institute of Foundation Models (part of Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence) and Inception42". Its six language models run from 900 million to 375 billion parameters and are "built on top of K2 Horizon". Inception42's page says "The same models power the Jais chat app and mobile app"; the Jais Chat guest page reads "Powered by MBZUAI", and its terms page is MBZUAI's. So: the Jais Chat app, powered by MBZUAI and linked from Inception42's page, running models IFM and Inception42 built together.

K2. MBZUAI announced K2 Horizon on 3 September 2026 as "a fleet of six AI foundation models ranging from 0.9 billion to 375 billion parameters", and ifm.ai says "For every model, we release final weights, training code, checkpoints". One date matters for builders: Core42's changelog says "K2 Horizon 375B is no longer available in Compass." on 2 October 2026; ifm.ai/k2 links its own "Get API access" page and the Hugging Face downloads instead.

Definition Large language model (LLM). A model trained on text to read and write language. Falcon, Jais 3, K2 and LLM-X are the UAE-built LLMs on this page. Emirati Arabic is the spoken Arabic of the Emirates, which TII and Wittify AI both name on their own pages.

For how assistants handle Arabic, rather than who builds the models, see our ranking of AI for Arabic.

AI companies in the UAE: who builds, who ships, who sells

Seven of the nine ranked companies sit inside three Abu Dhabi structures, the Advanced Technology Research Council, MBZUAI and the G42 group with G42 itself, and the other two, Wittify AI and Arabic.ai, sit in Dubai Internet City.

Diagram of who sits where among UAE AI companies on 4 November 2026: under Abu Dhabi's Advanced Technology Research Council, TII and AI71; under MBZUAI, the Institute of Foundation Models; under G42, Core42, Inception42, Presight and other companies; in Dubai Internet City, Wittify AI and Arabic.ai; with one joint line for Jais 3 between IFM and Inception42, and TAMM and U-Ask shown as government services.
One joint line, drawn once: Jais 3 belongs to IFM and Inception42 together, which is why the ranking credits it to one row only.

The research council. TII is the council's applied research arm. AI71 was launched as "the Advanced Technology Research Council's new AI company", in the Abu Dhabi Media Office's words of 28 November 2023. TII publishes models; AI71 sells Ask to organisations.

The university. MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models publishes the K2 family and, with Inception42, Jais 3. DGE says its AiNative programme of 7 October 2026 was built with OpenAI, Microsoft and MBZUAI.

The group. G42's companies page lists nine companies, Core42, Inception42 and Presight among them. Core42 calls itself "Core42, a G42 company", and the Abu Dhabi Media Office writes "G42 (through subsidiary company Inception42) and OpenAI". G42's own 2026 launch was Digital Embassies and Greenshield, on 20 January. Its page dated 22 May 2025 says "Stargate UAE, a 1-gigawatt compute cluster, will be built by G42", a 2025 company statement printed with its date.

Who ships to whom. G42, AI71, Presight and Arabic.ai route visitors to "Make Enquiry", "Book a demo", "Request a Demo" and "Talk to our team". That is a choice about customers, not a verdict on the company.

Where it runs On premises or in a national cloud. AI71 offers Ask "On-premises or on sovereign cloud", and Inception42 says enterprises and governments can deploy Jais 3 "in line with sovereign AI requirements". No rule on this page scores where a model runs.

Top AI startups in the UAE with a product you can try

Two ranked companies sit outside the government-linked institutes and the G42 group, Wittify AI and Arabic.ai, and only Wittify AI lets a member of the public sign up and use its product for free.

Wittify AI calls itself an "Arabic-first conversational AI platform for enterprises across MENA". It builds voice and chat agents "in Arabic and English, across 25+ dialects", Emirati among them, and its Sandbox is "Free forever" at AED 0, the currency its page served to a UAE visitor. Its news dates four new products to 15 May 2026. No government page we opened names Wittify AI, which is the only reason it sits fourth and not third.

Arabic.ai sells "Proprietary Arabic models, enterprise applications and governed workflows for governments, banks and large organizations". Its speech models read Arabic "in six voices across five dialects", one voice labelled Emirati, and its homepage says LLM-X ranks first on Stanford HELM Arabic, the company's own claim. It was "Founded as Tarjama in Amman in 2008", lists offices in "Dubai, Riyadh, Amman and Doha", and its privacy policy names the Dubai Internet City company that admits it here. Every route in is "Talk to our team".

Grid of nine UAE AI companies against five checks read on 4 November 2026: a public product, open weights, a stated free tier, Arabic with a dialect named, and a 2026 government page. TII takes all five in full, Inception42 four, MBZUAI IFM three, Wittify AI three, Core42 one in full and two at the middle mark, and G42, AI71, Presight and Arabic.ai at most one each in full.
What you can open this week, company by company. Full marks in green, middle marks in amber, nothing documented in grey.

The AI the UAE government already gives residents: TAMM and U-Ask

Two AI services UAE residents can open today are government ones, TAMM in Abu Dhabi and U-Ask on the federal portal, scoring 53 and 45 on the same rules, outside the ranking because they are services, not companies.

TAMM. Abu Dhabi's government services platform is run by the Department of Government Enablement. DGE says TAMM "has 4.7 million users", the one user figure on this page, and that TAMM AutoGov was "named EMEA winner at 2026 Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards", both on 19 October 2026. TAMM 4.0, from October 2025, added "hands-free navigation in both Arabic and English" beside the TAMM AI Assistant, and on 16 October 2026 Abu Dhabi launched TAMM Global, "a private technology company", to offer TAMM to other governments. You sign in "through UAE PASS".

U-Ask. The federal portal offers AI answers to "government service questions", and ask.u.ae opened for us with no sign-in. u.ae's ChatGPT page, updated 22 September 2026, says "Try ChatGPT on U-Ask.", so U-Ask is a UAE government product that runs ChatGPT, which is why it is a reference row.

The policy frame. u.ae records that "In October 2017, the UAE Government launched" its AI strategy, and its page updated 8 October 2026 sets the aim "to establish the UAE as a world leader in the AI sector by 2031". The Cabinet page lists His Excellency Omar bin Sultan Al Olama as "Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy and Remote Work Applications". ai.gov.ae's newest news item was dated 28 November 2025. If you are choosing an assistant for work rather than reading about government AI, our Claude vs Copilot comparison scores two of them.

What happened in October and November 2026

Between 2 October and 2 November 2026, nine dated announcements on official pages moved UAE AI, and three of them are the dated pages behind a ranked company's cell: Falcon-Emirati, AiNative and Jais 3.

What changed recently

Five vendor pages behind the cells above carry a date in September or October 2026, and the Core42 line takes the largest K2 Horizon model off Compass.

Where NOXI stands: the disclosed reference row

We are NOXI, an AI document maker operated from Abu Dhabi, and on the same seven rules NOXI scores 63 of 100, printed below the ranking and kept out of it on purpose.

Ranking ourselves next to the companies above would read as self-promotion, so the row is scored and shown, and never given a place. The arithmetic is 20 plus 8 plus 0 plus 15 plus 10 plus 0 plus 10. Full marks on four rules: anyone can use it after a free sign-up, in the browser; the free plan is stated; the release is dated 2 November 2026; and the service has its own privacy policy. U3 and U6 are zero: NOXI makes documents rather than publishing models, and our product record lists no government page naming it. Arabic scores the middle mark because our product record names a full Arabic interface, right-to-left pages with mirrored layouts and Arabic typefaces, and names no dialect.

NOXI 2.0 makes 14 formats from one request: presentation, document, brochure, social post, poster, one-pager, report, proposal, résumé, infographic, letter, invitation, certificate and menu, or Auto to let NOXI choose. Free to start: the free plan covers five documents a month, and every change after that, by chat or by hand, is free. New accounts get a welcome gift to use in their first 14 days, downloads carry no watermark, and no credit card is needed to start. Your prompts and files are not used to train AI models. Where NOXI is ranked as a document maker, against other document makers, is our ranking of AI document generators.

What these rules don't measure

Seven rules about public products leave out most of what makes an AI company matter, and most of what they leave out is where the lower rows are strongest.

  • Enterprise and government delivery. Core42, AI71, Presight and Arabic.ai sell to institutions. The rules see a demo button and score it zero; they cannot see a running contract.
  • Infrastructure. G42's companies page lists Khazna Data Centers, and Core42's homepage offers to "Power research behind K2 Think, Jais, climate intelligence models". None of that is a product a member of the public opens.
  • Model quality. Every benchmark here is the company's own claim. Which model writes better Arabic for your task is not on any page we can score.
  • Size and money. Revenue, funding, valuations, headcount and compute capacity are left out on purpose, so a low score here says nothing about how large a company is.

Not measured for anyone: Arabic accuracy, speed, uptime, data residency, certifications, business pricing, support, and the UAE's AI development agencies, which are a different list.

What would change this ranking

Three things would move it, each tied to a page we can re-open and a date we will.

  • 1. Jais Chat or the K2 Horizon chat says it is free. If jaischat.ai, inception42.ai, chat.ifm.ai or ifm.ai states that the chat is free, U4 goes from 0 to 15: Inception42 reaches 100, level with TII, which keeps first place on table order, and IFM reaches 85. Re-check 1 December 2026.
  • 2. A 2026 government page names Wittify AI. If wam.ae, u.ae, ai.gov.ae, a .gov.ae page or the Abu Dhabi Media Office names Wittify AI in 2026, its U6 goes to 15 and Wittify reaches 85, level with Inception42, which keeps second place on U3. Wittify becomes third and IFM fourth. Re-check 3 December 2026.
  • 3. AI71 says Ask works after a free personal sign-up. Today ai71.ai offers "a demo around your needs". A statement on ai71.ai that a member of the public can sign up and use Ask would move U1 to 20, AI71 to 41 and sixth place. Re-check 1 December 2026.

Worked example: nine companies, one week

Example Daniel Okafor, a fictional product manager, has just moved to Dubai to lead an Arabic customer-service project, and has one week to try what the UAE builds before he writes a shortlist. The table turns his week into four filters.

Filter one, can he open it today? U1 at 20 leaves four of nine: Falcon Chat, Jais Chat, the K2 Horizon chat and Wittify AI's Sandbox. Core42 is a developer account, and the other four need a meeting.

Filter two, does it name a dialect? His customers speak Gulf Arabic. U2 at 15 keeps three of the four: TII's Falcon-Emirati, "AI built for Emirati Arabic"; Jais 3 from IFM and Inception42, dialects "from the Gulf to North Africa"; and Wittify AI, which names Emirati. K2 names no Arabic, so it goes to his engineers as an open model.

Filter three, is it free to try? U4 at 15 keeps two: TII, whose chat calls itself free, and Wittify AI at AED 0. Jais Chat still lets him try as a guest, so it stays on the list with a note.

Filter four, what goes to the engineers? U3 at 15 gives three licensed families: Falcon-H1R 7B, Jais 3 and K2 Horizon. For one API across many models, Core42's Compass, through its sales team.

Result. Monday Falcon Chat, Tuesday Jais Chat as a guest, Wednesday a Wittify AI agent in the free Sandbox, Thursday the three open families to engineering, Friday a call to Core42, and an Arabic.ai demo if an Emirati call-centre voice is on the roadmap.

Build it in NOXI: a request written in Arabic, with Auto

Six steps turn one request typed in Arabic into a finished document with right-to-left pages, using Auto, the NOXI 2.0 option that picks the format from your words.

In English: a one-page profile of [company name] in Abu Dhabi, in Arabic and English: who we are, what we offer, three key numbers, why clients choose us, and how to reach us.

Prompt 2 · one change, by chat

اجعل الأرقام الثلاثة أكبر، وضع شعارنا في أعلى الصفحة، وأبقِ بقية الصفحة كما هي.

In English: make the three numbers larger, put our logo at the top, and keep the rest of the page as it is.

Prompt 3 · one pass over the whole page

تأكد من أن كل اسم ورقم بالإنجليزية يطابق النص العربي تمامًا.

In English: check that every English name and number matches the Arabic text exactly.

Step 1. Open NOXI and choose Auto

Go to noxi.ai and sign in, or create a free account, no card. Home opens with Presentation picked; choose Auto, so NOXI reads the format from your words.

Step 2. Type the request in Arabic

Paste Prompt 1 with your company's name. NOXI has a full Arabic interface, and an Arabic document gets right-to-left pages with mirrored layouts. Attach your notes or a company fact sheet if you have them, and NOXI builds from them.

Step 3. Watch it build

Press Create. NOXI sketches the page first, picks a style from a design library of more than ninety styles, Arabic styles among them, and sets the text in Arabic typefaces such as IBM Plex Sans Arabic, with Arabic and English mixed correctly in one sentence.

Step 4. Change one thing by chat

Send Prompt 2, and NOXI changes only what you asked. You can also edit by hand, and set your logo, accent colour and fonts in Design.

Step 5. Let it check the page

Send Prompt 3. NOXI reads the document through, fixes what does not agree, such as a name spelled two ways, and checks the rendered page for cut-off text and overlaps. Version history restores any earlier state.

Step 6. Export or share

Download PDF, PowerPoint or Word, each compared with the pages before the download appears; in PowerPoint the fonts are embedded, so Arabic stays joined. Or send a view link anyone can open without an account.

If the profile needs to become a talk, our guide to the bilingual Arabic and English presentation covers how to lay out two languages on one slide.

Frequently asked questions

What are the top AI companies in the UAE?
On seven printed rules checked on 4 November 2026, TII passes all seven checks with 100 of 100, then Inception42 85, MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models 70, Wittify AI 70, Core42 48, G42 25, AI71 21, Presight 20 and Arabic.ai 20. The rules score products the public can check, not size or funding.
What are the best AI companies in the UAE?
It depends on what you need. For a free Emirati Arabic chat, TII's Falcon Chat; for open Arabic weights, Jais 3 from IFM and Inception42; for a fully open model family, IFM's K2 Horizon; for an Arabic customer-service agent, Wittify AI; for one API across many models, Core42. All read on 4 November 2026.
Which AI companies are in Abu Dhabi?
Seven of the nine ranked companies place themselves in Abu Dhabi on their own pages: TII, Inception42, MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models, Core42, G42, AI71 and Presight. TII and AI71 come from the Advanced Technology Research Council, and Core42, Inception42 and Presight are in the G42 group. Checked 4 November 2026.
Which AI companies are in Dubai?
Two of the nine: Wittify AI, run by Wittify.AI Technologies FZ LLC in Dubai Internet City, which scores 70 with a free Sandbox at AED 0, and Arabic.ai, whose privacy policy names Tarjama FZ LLC in Dubai Internet City and which was founded as Tarjama in Amman in 2008. Checked 4 November 2026.
What is the UAE's own LLM?
There are several. TII builds the Falcon family, IFM at MBZUAI builds K2 Horizon and K2 Think V2, IFM and Inception42 built Jais 3 together, and Arabic.ai sells LLM-X. Falcon, Jais 3 and K2 publish weights on Hugging Face; TII's three October 2026 models had no public weights on 4 November.
What is Falcon AI?
Falcon is the model family of TII, the applied research arm of Abu Dhabi's Advanced Technology Research Council. Models such as Falcon-H1R 7B are released under the Falcon LLM license, and Falcon Chat, which TII describes as free, offers guest access. Falcon-Emirati, built for Emirati Arabic, launched on 6 October 2026.
What is Jais?
Jais 3 is a fleet of six Arabic language models introduced on 16 October 2026 by MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models and Inception42, built with Cerebras Systems and available on Hugging Face. The Jais Chat app runs those models; its page reads "Powered by MBZUAI", and Inception42's page links to it.
What is K2 Think?
K2 Think V2 is a 70 billion parameter open-weights reasoning model from MBZUAI's Institute of Foundation Models, published on Hugging Face. Its newer K2 Horizon fleet of six fully open models, released under Apache 2.0 on 3 September 2026, has a public chat: k2think.ai lands on the K2 Horizon guest page.
What is TAMM's AI assistant?
TAMM is Abu Dhabi's government services platform, run by the Department of Government Enablement, with the TAMM AI Assistant and TAMM AutoGov inside it. DGE says TAMM has 4.7 million users and that AutoGov was named the EMEA winner of the 2026 Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards. You sign in through UAE PASS.
Is G42 an AI company you can use?
Not directly. G42 is the group behind Core42, Inception42, Presight and other companies, and its own site routes visitors to an enquiry form, so it scores 25 of 100 on public-product rules. To use something from the group, open Jais Chat through Inception42's page or a Core42 Compass developer account.

Sources & methodology

Every page below was opened on 4 November 2026, signed out, with no cookie banner accepted, no form filled and nothing bought, between 11:30 and 11:52 UTC (15:30 to 15:52 in Abu Dhabi) unless a later time is given. "Browser" means a signed-out browser was used after an automated fetch was refused or returned an empty app shell. An editor re-opened the key pages between 12:20 and 12:31 UTC; no cell moved. Daniel Okafor is fictional. The seven rules are new for this ranking and total 100 points. Prices appear only in the currency the page served, which is why the one price on this page is in dirhams.
